This Policy outlines the manner in which we collect, maintain and utilize information about individual employees. This document applies only to material gathered by us via online entities directly subjected to this Policy. UTILIZATION OF THIS WEBSITE REPRESENTS YOUR CONSENT TO THE COLLECTION AND USE OF INFORMATION AS SET FORTH IN THIS POLICY. ADDITIONALLY, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT HYGIENE360 MAY CHANGE, MODIFY, ADD OR REMOVE OR OTHERWISE UPDATE THIS PRIVACY POLICY AT ITS DISCRETION WITHOUT PRIOR NOTIFICATION. For the sake of full disclosure, any changes to the terms outlined in the policy will be posted on a regular basis. 

Our privacy policy is prominently posted on our homepage and applies to all sites requiring the disclosure of personal data. Further explanations about the utilization of the data will be provided where appropriate. This Policy, in addition to any supplemental explanation, will inform you of the handling of any data you provide at your own free will. as it pertains to the use of Hygiene360’s web site. 

1. Privacy Pledge

The term "personal data" contained in this Policy denotes information such as your name, birth date, mailing address or telephone number which can be utilized to identify you. Hygiene360 will not process your personal data without your express consent. However, we reserve the right, in exceptional circumstances to conduct additional inquiries to the extent permitted or required by law, or in support of any legal or criminal investigation.

2. Intended use of Personal Data

The majority of our services require no form of registration.  This allows you to visit our site anonymously. However, certain services may require registration. When you register with us, you may need to complete certain areas and choose a user name and password. In these situations, if you choose to withhold any personal data requested, it may not be possible for you to access certain parts of the site or for us to respond to your questions. We will inform you why we’re asking for your for information. For example, it may be used to provide you with products or services. for billing purposes, to market products and services, or to communicate with you for other purposes. We keep your personal data in accordance with all applicable legal or ethical reporting or documentation retention requirements.

3. Non-disclosure of information

We do not sell, share, or otherwise distribute your personal data to third parties except as provided in this Privacy Policy. We may disclose your personal information to other Hygiene360 affiliates worldwide who agree to treat it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Personal data may occasionally be transferred to third parties who act on behalf of Hygiene360, or in connection with the business of Hygiene360, for further processing in accordance with the purpose or purposes for which the data was originally collected, such as delivery services, evaluation or technical support. These third parties have contracted with Hygiene360 stating that they will only use personal data for the agreed upon purpose, and will not sell your personal information to third parties nor will they disclose it to third parties except as may be required by law. Where such disclosure of personal data to a third party occurs, we will endeavor to ensure that the processing is performed in accordance with the purposes and within the limits under which the data were originally collected.
There are two additional instances in which your personal data collected may be transferred to a third party. The first is in the event that the business of this site and the customer data connected with it is sold, assigned or transferred, in which case we would require the buyer, assignee or transferee to treat personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. The second instance in which personal data may be disclosed to a third party is if we are required to do so due to applicable law, court order or governmental regulation, or if such disclosure is otherwise necessary in support of any legal or criminal investigation.

4. Right of Access

You have the right to ensure that your personal data is always current. In some countries, you have the legal right to require us to correct or delete your personal data. Hygiene360 undertakes to provide you with access to your personal data, subject only to such conditions and processes as are reasonable under the circumstances. In particular, Hygiene360 undertakes to enable access conveniently, without unreasonable delay and without cost.

5. Security and Confidentiality

To ensure the security and confidentiality of personal data that we collect online, we use data networks protected, inter alia, by industry standard firewall and password protection. In the course of handling your personal data, we take measures reasonably designed to protect that information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. Hygiene360 will undertake everything that is reasonably possible to prevent of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, or disclosure, alteration or destruction to data.

6. Data Retention and Destruction

Subject to the qualifications immediately below, Hygiene360 undertakes:

  • to retain personal data only as long as is consistent with its purpose; and 
  • to destroy personal data when its purpose has expired, and to do so in such a manner making subsequent retrieval of personal data impossible. 
    Following is the standard operating procedure for the retention and destruction of personal data: 
  • Personal data may be retained in Hygiene360's logs, backups and audit trails within short-term retention cycles that are devised to protect the company's operations. In such cases, personal data will be destroyed in accordance with those cycles.
  • Personal data may be retained beyond the expiration of its purpose if that is required by law, such as a provision of a statute, or a court order such as a search warrant or subpoena, or a warning by a law enforcement agency that delivery of a court order is imminent. In these circumstances, Hygiene360 will: 
    i. take any reasonable steps available to it to communicate to you that personal data is being retained unless it is precluded from doing so by law; and 
    ii. only retain personal data while that provision is current, and will then destroy personal data; 
  • Personal data may be retained beyond the expiration of its purpose if it is authorized by law. In these circumstances, Hygiene360 will only retain personal data while that situation is current, and will then destroy personal data.

7. Anonymous Data and Cookies

We may collect and process anonymous information about your visit to this website, such as some of the pages you visit and some of the searches you perform. Such anonymous information is used to assist in improving the content of the site and to compile aggregate statistics about individuals using our site for internal, market research purposes. In doing this, we may install "cookies" that collect the first level domain name of the user (for example "hotmail.com" from an email address of "john(at)hotmail.com") and the date and time of access. "Cookies" as used by us, cannot be used to discover the identity of an individual user. On occasion, we may use internet tags (also known as action tags, single-pixel GIFs, clear GIFs, invisible GIFs and 1-by-1 GIFs) in combination with cookies at this site and may deploy these tags via a third-party advertising partner. These tags are placed on both online advertisements that bring users to the site and on different pages of the site. We use this technology to measure the visitors' responses to our sites and the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. We may provide links to other websites which we believe may be of interest to our visitors.  Our goal is to ensure that such websites are of the highest standard. However, due to the nature of the internet, we cannot guarantee the privacy standards of every website to which we are linked or be held responsible for the contents of sites other than this one. This Privacy Policy is not intended to be applicable to any linked or non-Hygiene360 site.
